Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end integration architecture on SAP BTP Integration Suite – Cloud Integration (CPI) including connectivity, security, error handling, and observability.
- Choose the right patterns: real-time APIs, async messaging (queues/topics), event-driven (Event Mesh), and batch with scheduler.
- Define canonical data models, mapping strategies, and reusable integration assets (adapters, templates, scripts, value mappings).
- Design and build iFlows using message mappings, content modifiers, routers, splitters/aggregators, exception subprocesses, process direct, multicast, parallelization.
- Implement adapters: OData, HTTP, IDoc, SFTP, JDBC, SOAP, AMQP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, C4C, S/4HANA.
- Develop with Groovy/JavaScript for transformations, lookups, dynamic headers/properties, encryption, and custom logic.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems •Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership.
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends •Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate .
- Two or three industry domain knowledge.
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
- Client Interfacing skills •Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
- CPI (Cloud Integration): Expert-level iFlow design, packaging, transport, exception handling, and CPI OData/REST enablement.
- API Management: Policies (OAuth2, API Key, Quota, Spike Arrest, CORS), API proxies, developer portal (nice-to-have).
- Event Mesh / Queues: AMQP messaging, durable subscriptions, event-driven choreography (preferred).
- Cloud Connector & Destinations: On-premise connectivity, principal propagation, network/security setup.
- Deep hands-on with IDoc, OData, SOAP, SFTP, HTTP, JDBC; exposure to ODBC, AS2/EDIFACT/X12 via partner solutions.
- SAP LoB adapters: SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, C4C, Fieldglass (any two are strong plus).
